Initial Consultation( Discovery phase)
What Happens:
The customer reaches out to us via phone, email, or a website form.
We schedule a free, no-obligation consultation (in-person, virtual, or over the phone).
During this meeting, we discuss the customer’s vision, goals, budget, and timeline for the project.
What to Expect:
We will ask questions to understand your needs (e.g., style preferences, functionality, must-haves).
We will provide an overview of our services and how our company works.
The customer will receive an initial ballpark estimate (if possible) and a timeline for the next steps.

Our team or myself will visit the site to assess the space, take measurements, and evaluate any structural or logistical challenges.

Regular updates are provided to the customer throughout the process.

A dedicated project manager or myself will oversee the work and answer questions.
Daily or weekly progress reports (depending on the project size).
